The Masafi ledgers are manufactured 48.3mm O.D. tube and forged steel blade ends which locate in to bottom cups of the standards and are locked in place by corresponding top cup.

Cuplock standards are basically used in access of scaffolding applications and form work structure support applications also. The vertical cuplock standards cup joints at 500mm intervals and the captive mobile top cups are specially designed to endure rough site handling and welded bottom cups are made from High Quality Steel. The base of each standards incorporate 16mm dia.

Transoms are fabricated from twin structural angles fixed back to back with a drop forged blade attached to each end. The 2.44m Transom has an additional web member welded below the flange section for added strength. Available in various lengths to suit scaffolding and formwork applications.

Cuplock Standards are introduced in five basic lengths :

The Standards are manufactured from 48.3 mm 0.D. Tube with 3 mm and 3.2 mm thickness. The Lower cups are welded to standard at 500 mm intervals. The upper cups (Movable Cups) are used to locking up to 4 ledgers at one node. The lowest bottom cups are welded at 80 mm from the bottom end of the standard and the highest bottom cup is welded at 420 from the upper end of the standard.
The standards are economical and can match any propping access application where they allow support or access when needed. Made from the highest quality steel the upper cups can be moved, while the lower cups are welded into position.

Cuplock Ledgers are used as the main horizontal connecting members for the cuplock system. Ledgers are introduced in large varieties to meet the requirements. They are manufactured from 48.3 mm 0.D. Tube with 3 mm and 3.2 mm thickness. Ledgers are formed with circular profile and welded to ledger tube.
